Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we currently offer e-gift cards.
What is your refund policy?
You have a maximum of 15 days from the date of delivery to return your merchandise. Returns postmarked or made after 15 days will not be accepted. Most returns are refunded via store credit or The WOW! Factory Outlet gift card. Your return will be processed 5-7 business days after we receive the merchandise back. We will provide a return label with every shipment. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Can I return items that have been worn, damaged, or tags removed?
You can only return items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or have the tags removed. The hygiene sticker must also be intact.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
Express shipping is 3-5 business days and standard shipping is 5-7 business days. We also offer next day shipping.
Can I combine offers?
No, you can only use one discount or offer at the time of purchase.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping, your order has to be $75 or more.
Do you have a physical location?
As of now we do not have a physical location, but we will in the near future.
Do I need an account to pay for my order?
No, you do not need an account to purchase our merchandise. You can check out as a guest. However, we recommend that you register so that you can receive your WOW! points.
